Discussion about the Gracenote Mobile Client
Effective immediately, we will begin providing community support on Stack Overflow (www.stackoverflow.com). This provides a convenient way for the Gracenote developer community to find, follow and track questions or issues with our SDK's and API's.
With the current iOS SDK it seams to be impossible to use fingerprintMIDStreamfromMic (alteast with the simulator).

I have downloaded the GN Entourage mobile client for iOS, added the client-id, client tag and the license info and tried to run it. I get the following error:
getUserACR: ERROR: User Create New: client id '4199680' not supported by current license

In "My apps" page I can't see the "add button". I've tried with different browser. Which is the reason?
i am interested in only the file fingerprinting part of the api and not in PCM or recording based identification. Do you guys provide minimal libraries for specific functionality or maybe is there a way to decrease library size by stripping of the unnecessary functions? final app size is a big criterion for me.
I'm creating an ios app using your amazing fingerprint api.
I just found out about gracenote. I tried the basic Android app from the tutorial and it works flawless. But what I am looking for is something different and I wonder if gracenote can offer it:
What I want it to do, is recognize only the sound files that I create, not from the gracenote huge music library. For example, I create a sound file with me talking, some sound effects and so on.. Does gracenote provide the capability to create sound fingerprints and host them on my own server or anything similar?
I would like to apply for a commercial licensing agreement gor the mobile lient, but cannot find the corresponding contact information. Could anyone direct me to this information.
I was using Echoprint before so I already implemented a recording using the mic of the iphone. So i wanted to replace the Echorpting fingerprint generation and Server lookup with gracenote as i am pretty sure it's more reliable :)
